Orangewood PALS, an auxiliary of Orangewood Children’s Foundation, was established in 1996 with the goal of providing assistance, love, and support to Orange County’s children. Stephanie Argyros Gehl started the organization with a group of 100 guests invited to a cocktail reception. Their goal was to make a positive impact on the issues of child abuse and neglect in Orange County and to show abused victims that they matter and provide them with unconditional love and support.

Orangewood PALS achieves this goal by supporting Orangewood Children’s Foundation programs for current and former foster children and those placed at Orangewood Children’s Home. Our fund raising efforts support scholarships and mentoring programs, tours, field trips, and other fun activities for the children.
